National and Landscape Parks

The Podkarpackie, without a doubt, stands out from all the other provinces in Poland, as far as natural and landscape qualities are concerned. To exist, they require constant and regular protection, because besides our cultural heritage, they are the thing that helps to identify Poland on the map of Poland and Europe. This is one of the reasons for establishing 2 National Parks, 10 Landscape Parks, and 82 Natural Reserves, promoting pro–ecological education.

Currently, there are two National Parks: 

• The Bieszczady National Park,
• The Magura National Park.
